1. What will you get in the package? (Take a pendant as an example)

Typically, you can see what's included with your purchase on the product page (it's listed at the bottom of the product details page). 

1.  Lampshade; Bulb not included.
2. Instruction Manual; If you do not receive the instruction manual, please contact customer service for one.
3. Cord kits.

   —(Cord Type：HARDWIRED)

Ceiling Plate / Canopy: Wooden (natural color) or aluminum (black or white color); Includes fixings.

Wooden : diameter 12cm
Black and White: diameter 15cm / 12cm

Cord (Hardwired): About 1.5m long (can be shortened); light sand color, black color or white color. 

Lampshade holder: Golden color, black color or white color.

Code (plug-in): About 5m long (can be shortened); hemp rope color, black color or white color. 

Effect Display:

ᐅ Note: There are a variety of colors for the pendant light selection above (Ceiling Canopy, cord and Lampshade holder), and there are special needs, please leave a note at checkout. If there is no remark, it will be shipped in random color.

( If the product does not have the option of Cord Type, there is no need to note color requirements. )

2. Are my products handmade or machine made?

The rattan, bamboo, wooden and hemp rope chandeliers you purchase are 100% hand-woven. The disadvantage of hand-woven products is that there will be slight differences between the same lampshades. Thank you for understanding and respecting the labor success of every worker!

Every handmade item is unique. Original item may differ from the ones in the photos.
Dimensions are not exact, variations may occur even between pieces of the same size number.
To prevent mold and attack of borer insects our lamps are treated with a solution of water and natural salts.
For a better finish each piece is singed and/or brushed to remove loose bamboo fibers.

3. How do I protect my lights?

• Exposure to strong sun and humidity may change the product's color.
• Do not expose to rain.
• Cord kit not water resistant.
• To clean use a dry or slightly wet cloth or a hand duster.

4. What I need to know？

1. The listing of each product is for ONE lamp only.
2. Considering the fragile of shipping, light bulb not included.
3. We will make & ship it ASAP once you order!
4. Pls check the size clear.
