If international shipment is not delivered within 30 days after shipment, compensation of $5

Why has the logistics not been updated after my order was shipped?
Once you receive the tracking number, it means that the shipping company has sent the package, but because some products are sent from overseas, it will cause a delay in logistics updates, please don't worry, it is still in normal transportation, not unshipped or lost. When the package arrives at your local logistics provider and the package is scanned, the logistics information will be updated immediately.

Return policy
1. We accept cancellations and full refunds before the order is shipped.
Cancellations will not be accepted after the order is shipped. If you need to return the product, please contact our customer service support@lamppo.com within 7 days after receiving the package to obtain the return address for return and refund.

2. If the order return refund is caused by the buyer (for example, if the buyer doesn't like the product after receiving it or doesn't like the products after receiving them), the buyer shall be responsible for the return shipping fee.
