Shipping Policy

  • We support worldwide shipping.
  • The estimated delivery time is 3-50 business days, depending on your shipping location.

  • Standard Shipping (excluding duties and taxes):
     1. order over $299 - Free shipping worldwide
     2. order $0-$299  - $19.99

Shipping Note:

  1. All the P.O.Boxes and military addresses(APO, FPO) cannot be delivered, because the logistics company does not accept delivery to the address. Please do not use this address when placing an order.
  2. Please ensure that the email address you entered is correct. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you by email.
  3. We ship the goods via Fedex/DHL/UPS/4PX/EMS. FREE SHIPPING OVER $299.
  4. Once you receive the tracking number, it means that the shipping company has sent the package, but because some products are sent from overseas, it will cause delays in logistics updates, please don't worry, It is still in normal transit, not unshipped or lost. Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination, and we offer free Postal Shipping for orders over US $299.


Return Policy

  • We accept cancellations and full refunds before orders are shipped.
  • Order cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been shipped. If you need a return, please contact our customer service support@lamppo.com within 7 days after receiving the package(s) to obtain the return address for return and refund.

The return policy is as follows.

Damaged package:

  • If you have purchased a shipping guarantee, you can contact Seel for compensation. For details, please click this website: https://www.lamppo.com/pages/about-delivery-guarantee-service-1
  • If you have not purchased a shipping guarantee, please contact customer service support@lamppo.com to provide pictures of the damage (including the box, the label on the box, and the damaged product). After receiving the pictures you provide, we will arrange for reissue or refund for you.

Return and Refund: 

  • If the order is returned or refunded due to lamppo.com's reasons (such as the package was lost in transit or the wrong product was received), lamppo.com will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the order return or refund is caused by the buyer (for example, the buyer does not like the product after receiving it or the size is not suitable, or there is a slight color difference between the actual product and the product), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and an initial shipping fee of US$30 will be deducted for each package.

Order return conditions

  •  Make a return request within seven days of receiving the goods, return the package, and submit the tracking number within 14 days.
  • Must be in resalable condition
  • Must be free from scratches or defects
  • Must not have been installed
  • Have to be in the original manufacturer's box and packaging
  • Must not have any writing on the original packaging
  • There must be no missing pieces
