2. Are my products handmade or machine made?
The rattan, bamboo, wooden and hemp rope chandeliers you purchase are 100% hand-woven. The disadvantage of hand-woven products is that there will be slight differences between the same lampshades. Thank you for understanding and respecting the labor success of every worker!

C. Package Damage:
If the item received by the buyer is obviously damaged, broken, bent (if the item is not bendable), crushed, etc. and cannot be used, Seel will compensate the buyer for the value of the item (the specific amount is subject to the amount paid by the buyer). However, it does not include cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing damage, incorrect packaging or unsealed items.
Notes:
1) The maximum compensation for any product is the product value (the specific amount is based on the purchase amount paid by the buyer);
2) After the order is shipped, the delivery guarantee cannot be cancelled.
How to purchase and use the Worry-free Shopping service:
a. Please select the Worry-free Shopping purchase service on the checkout page.
b. After purchasing the Worry-free Shopping service, you will receive an email from Seel containing the specific service content of the Worry-free Shopping and how to apply for compensation.
c. If the product you purchased with the Worry-free Shopping is lost, damaged or delayed during transportation, you can apply for compensation at Seel's Claim Service Center.
d. After receiving your claim application, Seel will complete the feedback within 2 working days.
e. If the compensation you applied for meets the requirements, the compensation will be automatically sent to you in the form you selected. If the compensation you applied for does not meet the requirements, you will receive an email to inform you of the reason for the rejection.
Compensation form:
PayPal: supports multiple currencies and fast payment.
Venmo: supports US dollars and fast transfer.
Direct deposit: supports US dollars and US bank account ACH transfers. It takes 1-3 working days to arrive. This option is only available when the currency is US dollars.
f. After purchasing the Worry-free Shopping service, you can check the Worry-free Shopping information and status at any time through the store's order details page.
Consumers need to follow the following requirements when applying for compensation:
1) If the package is lost and the logistics information shows that the package has been delivered, the claim must be submitted within 7 days after the carrier's order page shows that the package has been delivered.
2) The claim for package damage must be submitted within 7 days after the carrier's order page shows that the package has been delivered.
3) The claim for package delayed delivery must be submitted 10 days (domestic packages) or 30 days (international packages) after the order is shipped, but no later than 90 days after the purchase of the product.
What information do consumers need to provide when applying for a Worry-free Shopping claim?
● Damaged goods:
a. Outer packaging (including logistics label images) and inner packaging (if any);
b. Photos of damaged parts;
● Lost goods:
a. The logistics order shows that the goods are lost;
b. For overseas shipments, if they are not delivered within 60 days after delivery, they are considered lost;
c. When the logistics order shows that the goods have been delivered but the consumer has not actually received them (porch lost), any of the following proofs must be provided:
Police certificate
Relevant on-site video evidence
Proof of loss provided by the logistics company
Written documents provided by other qualified persons
Porch lost: When the order amount of the same user is less than US$200, Seel will use worry-free compensation for the first time (that is, no need for consumers to provide proof materials, the next time an email will be sent to inform them to properly keep the package, if the porch is lost at the same address next time, proof materials will be provided as required)
