2. Are my products handmade or machine made?
The rattan, bamboo, wooden and hemp rope chandeliers you purchase are 100% hand-woven. The disadvantage of hand-woven products is that there will be slight differences between the same lampshades. Thank you for understanding and respecting the labor success of every worker!

For a better finish each piece is singed and/or brushed to remove loose bamboo fibers.
3. How do I protect my lights?
- Exposure to strong sun and humidity may change the product's color.
- Do not expose to rain.
- Cord kit not water resistant.
- To clean use a dry or slightly wet cloth or a hand duster.

Return Policy
- We accept cancellations and full refunds before orders are shipped.

Damaged package:

- If you have not purchased a shipping guarantee, please contact customer service support@lamppo.com to provide pictures of the damage (including the box, the label on the box, and the damaged product). After receiving the pictures you provide, we will arrange for reissue or refund for you.
Return and Refund:
- If the order is returned or refunded due to lamppo.com's reasons (such as the package was lost in transit or the wrong product was received), lamppo.com will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the order return or refund is caused by the buyer (for example, the buyer does not like the product after receiving it or the size is not suitable, or there is a slight color difference between the actual product and the product), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and an initial shipping fee of US$30 will be deducted for each package.

If the item received by the buyer is obviously damaged, broken, bent (if the item is not bendable), crushed, etc. and cannot be used, Seel will compensate the buyer for the value of the item (the specific amount is subject to the amount paid by the buyer). However, it does not include cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing damage, incorrect packaging or unsealed items.
Notes:
1) The maximum compensation for any product is the product value (the specific amount is based on the purchase amount paid by the buyer);
2) After the order is shipped, the delivery guarantee cannot be cancelled.
How to purchase and use the Worry-free Shopping service:

What information do consumers need to provide when applying for a Worry-free Shopping claim?
